Overview

Pluritec is seeking a Mechanical Building Project Engineer to join their team specializing in creating customized engineering solutions since 1972. This role involves designing mechanical systems for institutional and commercial buildings while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Design mechanical building systems including plumbing, heating, ventilation, cooling, fire protection, and controls
  • Ensure compliance with building code guidelines and requirements
  • Draft technical expertise reports and energy simulations for buildings
  • Innovate by implementing efficient, eco-friendly systems
  • Collaborate on the production of technical plans and specifications and verify their accuracy
  • Perform quantity and cost estimates for projects
  • Work closely with technicians and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide technical support and follow-up on construction sites
  • Ensure engineering work meets Pluritec's quality standards and current regulations

Required skills
