Common Requirements Across All Roles 10 years of relevant infrastructure, cloud, or security operations experience. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management). Experience supporting enterprise-managed services environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in regulated and security-conscious environments. Automation-first mindset with continuous improvement focus. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation workflows. Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments. Standardize configuration management across environments. Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines. Implement operational runbook automation and self-healing capabilities. Support DevSecOps and cloud transformation initiatives.
