Overview

Dane Street is seeking a Board-Certified Infectious Disease Specialist to perform Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) in Loganville, GA. This role offers a flexible, non-clinical opportunity suitable for medical professionals looking to apply their expertise outside of traditional clinical settings while managing their own schedules.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret patient histories and documentation related to infectious disease conditions
  • Conduct thorough in-person physical examinations to assess patient impairments or injuries
  • Respond to questions from insurance carriers, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding infectious disease diagnoses and treatment
  • Produce detailed, objective IME reports within 5 business days of evaluation

Required skills

  • Board Certification in Infectious Disease
  • Active Medical License in Georgia
  • Excellent communication skills
