Atlas Care is hiring a part-time W-2 Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS) to provide family-centered early intervention services for infants and toddlers in Lake County, Florida.Responsibilities: Deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based support in homes and community settings Coach caregivers and collaborate with families and service teams Maintain timely documentation and follow program requirements Travel locally for family assignmentsQualifications: Current Florida ITDS certification, or documented eligibility/certification in process Relevant education and experience in early childhood development, special education, therapy support, or a related field Reliable transportation and ability to complete required screening Strong communication, documentation, and family-engagement skillsCompensation: $30 per hour. Part-time W-2. Flexible, family-based daytime scheduling.
