Overview

The Gund Company is seeking a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician III to join their team in Noblesville, Indiana. This highly skilled position focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing machinery and facility equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various types of manufacturing equipment
  • Communicate and coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance
  • Provide accurate documentation of work performed
  • Communicate status and corrective actions to the production team
  • Analyze equipment repairs and recommend improvements
  • Maintain order in the maintenance department equipment and spare parts inventory
  • Participate in safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Attend training for skill upgrades

Required skills

  • Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Electrical skills including diagnosing control circuits and PLCs
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Mig and Tig welding experience
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience repairing facility infrastructure
