Job Description

Overview

The Gund Company is seeking a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician III to work in their Hillsboro, Wisconsin facility. This role focuses on installing, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing machinery and facility systems to ensure their continuous operation and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various manufacturing machinery and systems
  • Communicate and coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance
  • Document work performed in maintenance tracking software
  • Provide updates to production team on repairs and corrective actions
  • Analyze equipment repairs and recommend improvements
  • Help maintain equipment and spare parts inventory
  • Participate in safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives

Required skills

  • Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Experience with control circuits, drives, and PLCs
  • Mig & Tig welding experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience repairing facility infrastructure
  • Familiarity with HAAS and Amada equipment
