Job Description

Overview

Integrity Technical Services is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time, permanent position in Twinsburg, Ohio. This role focuses on installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex plant equipment in a foundry environment, with an emphasis on PLC automation and machinery maintenance to minimize production downtime.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose, wire, and repair industrial electrical frameworks from low-voltage to heavy industrial circuits.
  • Use RSLogix 5 and RSLogix 500 software for online diagnostics and fault isolation.
  • Diagnose, rebuild, and maintain heavy-duty hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Perform general preventative maintenance and repairs across the foundry floor.
  • Monitor and assist with automated production machinery, including robotic cells.

Required skills

  • Proven electrical troubleshooting capabilities from 5V DC to 480V AC.
  • Hands-on experience with RSLogix 5 and RSLogix 500 logics for diagnostics.
  • Deep understanding of fluid power design (hydraulics/pneumatics).
  • Direct maintenance experience in a die casting or heavy-industrial foundry setting.
  • Availability to work overtime hours and weekends as needed.
