We need someone hands-on who can step right in, keep the lines running, and handle both mechanical and electrical breakdowns when they happen.The role:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Troubleshooting AC/DC drives, motors, gearboxes, belts, rollers, steam systems, and servo systems.Perform PLC fault finding and basic troubleshooting on live production lines.Reading schematics, electrical prints, and fluid power diagrams.Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring mechanical/electrical issues to implement long-term solutions.Log all maintenance tasks, parts, and work orders within the facility CMMS.Adhere strictly to plant safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA protocols.Requirements:At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma, technical degree or certificationStrong background with electrical and mechanical equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and handle physical work around plant machineryBenefits:Health, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchLife insuranceOvertime availablePaid time off and paid holidays
