Overview

As an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor at Advanced Technology Services, you will oversee the site safety program, manage employee performance, and ensure effective implementation of operational processes. Your role will be crucial in cultivating a safe work environment and fostering employee growth while driving business results and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Site Safety Program and ensure compliance with policies
  • Drive housekeeping standards including 5S
  • Support and communicate strategic initiatives to staff
  • Manage employee performance and provide growth opportunities
  • Lead and embed the Operating System within the team
  • Measure and report key maintenance performance indicators
  • Assist in managing expenses related to labor and materials
  • Review work orders and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Conduct team meetings as a leader

Required skills

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CMMS software
  • Foundational business acumen
  • Planner/scheduler experience (ideal)
