The Industrial Labour for Specialized Services will be working alongside a team of highly trained individuals who handle the company's most dynamic projects. This individual will be highly motivated, coachable and willing to obtain further training while always displaying a positive attitude.Key AccountabilitiesInvolved with execution of chemical and petroleum transfers including materials handlingFully engaged as an entrant, manwatch, or rescue attendant for Confined Space Entry projects inclusive of tank cleanings.Involvement with HAZMAT Emergency Response and responding to spillsInvolvement with transloading of railcars (Both liquid and solid products)Involvement with railcar cleaning and purging operationsInvolvement with environmental projects and assisting as requiredInvolvement with technical rescue services including water responseFully engaged with decontamination projects under direction of project leaderParticipation in projects that are deemed out of scope or require more planning and preparationWillingness to lead by example and work safely, ensuring compliance with all GFL's policies and proceduresAffiliation and involvement with various divisions, and various work types throughout the companyRequirements:Physically fitAble to work long hoursMandatory regional travel with overnight stays.
