Job Description

Overview

C&K Industrial Services is seeking Industrial Field Technicians to perform various hands-on tasks at job sites in a physically demanding and safety-driven role. Technicians will support field operations and work closely with a team, ensuring projects remain safe and efficient.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow direction from the Working Lead or Project Manager to complete daily job tasks
  • Support field operations including setup, operation, and cleanup of equipment and job sites
  • Perform manual labor such as lifting, shoveling, and jackhammering
  • Participate in confined space work and work at heights above 6 feet
  • Travel to assigned job sites with variable working hours
  • Maintain professional communication with crew members, supervisors, and customers
  • Demonstrate teamwork and willingness to assist others as needed

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (non-CDL)
  • Ability to perform strenuous manual labor in varying weather conditions
  • Capability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
  • Comfortable wearing required PPE and respirators
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
  • Experience with field equipment or construction/labor work is a plus
