Overview

Olymel S.E.C. is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join their team in Cornwall, Ontario. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and upgrading electrical components to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, assemble, connect, test, and repair electrical fixtures and components
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical systems and equipment
  • Complete electrical logs and modify plant electrical blueprints
  • Follow plant lockout procedures and safety protocols
  • Ensure all electrical guards are in place

Required skills

  • Valid Industrial Electrician License
  • Experience as an Industrial Electrician
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
