Overview

The Industrial Electrician will work full-time in an on-site manufacturing facility in Hershey, PA, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical equipment, alongside preventive maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and electrical code specifications.
  • Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, and lighting fixtures.
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and maintain maintenance records.
  • Maintain, repair, install and test various electrical components and systems.
  • Diagnose and correct PLC programming problems.
