This position emphasizes community engagement and support while promoting independence through person-centered services.

Key responsibilities

  • Advocate for individuals to lead self-directed lives
  • Engage individuals daily for meaningful community involvement
  • Assist individuals vocationally and through volunteer experiences
  • Drive agency vehicle as part of community engagement
  • Care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Participate in meetings and perform other assigned duties
