Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Spectrum in San Diego, you will connect with new, existing, and former customers to guide them towards the best value in cable, internet, home phone, and mobile services. This role focuses on leveraging your communication skills to provide tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage customers by evaluating their needs and selling tailored product and service solutions.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of Spectrum's offerings.
  • Meet or surpass weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop customer-focused solutions, highlighting the best product combinations.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Address retention and overflow billing calls, resolving questions and retaining customers.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' sales experience, preferably with Voice, Data, and Video solutions
  • 1+ years customer service or call center experience
  • Effective sales techniques and sustained achievement of sales targets
  • Working knowledge of cable communication products and services
  • Consultative approach to customer needs analysis and sales pitching
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
