Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Spectrum in San Diego, you will connect with customers to provide tailored solutions for cable, internet, home phone, and mobile services. Your role will involve educating customers on product benefits and ensuring satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage customers by evaluating their needs and sell tailored product and service solutions
  • Educate customers on Spectrum's offerings to build lasting value
  • Meet or surpass weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Develop customer-focused solutions based on unique profiles
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and maintain high standards of professionalism
  • Address retention and billing inquiries

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' sales experience, preferably selling Voice, Data and Video solutions
  • 0.5-year internal experience as a Billing agent with proven sales success
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Effective sales techniques and ability to achieve sales targets
  • Working knowledge of cable communication products and services
  • Consultative approach to customer needs analysis and objection handling
  • Ability to communicate clearly regarding products and services
