Tax experience is not required - We will train you!(Paid Training Onsite - Hybrid Work from Home after Training)WHAT YOU'LL DO:As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy finding solutions to better serve our taxpayers, by quickly answering inbound phone calls, researching and problem solving.Responsibilities include:Answer incoming phone calls in a busy call-center environmentNO COLD CALLING!Maintain positive & timely communication with customersUse problem solving skills to answer difficult taxpayer inquiriesExhibit patience & understanding when handling taxpayer issuesNavigate & research between numerous accounts & software programsMeet personal, company, & client production goalsSCHEDULE + LOCATION:Start Dates: August 31st & September 8th, 2026Full-time schedule Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm No weekends!
