Overview

As an Inbound Business Telesales Representative at Spectrum, you will engage with business customers to deliver tailored Voice, Data, and Video solutions that meet their needs. This role emphasizes consultative selling and aims to create positive customer experiences while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond efficiently to inbound sales calls and assist customers according to call handling standards
  • Present tailored sales proposals and promote additional products and services to maximize revenue
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records in Spectrum databases
  • Work with support teams to complete sales and resolve customer issues
  • Assess service availability and coordinate construction estimates when required
  • Educate customers on product features, billing and usage
  • Achieve monthly sales goals through consultative selling

Required skills

  • Sales experience in a professional, customer-facing or service environment
  • Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport, identify needs and recommend solutions
  • Skilled at multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
