Overview

Marvin is looking for an In-Home Sales Consultant to leverage their sales experience and build relationships with homeowners. This role offers high earning potential alongside a premium product to represent, focusing on a consultative sales approach without the need for cold calling.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for consultations
  • Run in-home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions
  • Build trust and uncover customer needs to guide decision-making
  • Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals
  • Generate referrals through strong customer relationships

Required skills

  • Sales experience preferred (in-home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales)
  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
  • Ability to connect with homeowners quickly
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Flexibility for appointments
