Summit Air Heating & Cooling is looking for experienced in-home sales professionals to close qualified residential appointments generated by our door-to-door and remote appointment-setting teams. Must be located within commuting distance of NYC This is an ideal opportunity for closers with experience selling: HVAC systems, heat pumps, or mini-splits Residential solar Roofing Windows, siding, or insulation Energy-efficiency upgrades Kitchens, bathrooms, or other home improvements Other high-ticket residential services You will meet with homeowners, evaluate their needs, explain available solutions, present pricing and financing options, overcome objections, and ask for the sale. This is a closing position-not an entry-level appointment-setting role. We are specifically looking for confident, ethical sales professionals who know how to build trust inside the home and guide homeowners toward a decision. The ideal candidate: Has a documented history of closing in-home sales appointments Understands consultative and solution-based selling Can build rapport quickly with homeowners Is comfortable discussing high-ticket purchases and financing Knows how to uncover the homeowner's real motivation and decision criteria Can handle objections without becoming argumentative or overly aggressive Is confident asking for the sale Can manage a pipeline and follow up consistently Is dependable, organized, coachable, and self-motivated Communicates professionally with customers and team members
