Overview

Marvin is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to elevate their sales career with the opportunity for high earnings and premium leads. This role focuses on providing a consultative, in-home sales approach to motivated homeowners, leveraging the trusted Marvin brand to maximize success without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for consultations
  • Conduct in-home sales appointments and present tailored solutions
  • Build trust and uncover customer needs
  • Guide customer decision-making and deliver clear proposals
  • Closely manage a sales pipeline and close deals
  • Generate referrals through strong customer relationships

Required skills

  • Sales experience (in-home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales preferred)
  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence in working independently
  • Ability to connect with homeowners quickly
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to lift 30lbs
