Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication Assist in designing and developing comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user guides and hands-on exercisesUpdate and maintain existing training materials to reflect current processes and best practices. Gather feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement and refine training content. Act as a subject matter expert, providing ongoing support and clarification to team members post-training. Collaborate with key stakeholders and department heads to align training objectives with consolidation goals. Provide support where needed to ensure the consolidation process runs smoothly and efficiently.Collaborate with the team to ensure all consolidation goals are met within the designated time frame, maintaining progress and addressing any roadblocks.
