Description: RESPONSIBILITIES1. Provide supervisory and administrative responsibilities for the overall operation for up to four locations2. Help ensure standards and documentation requirements are met in accordance to Communicare policies, Department of Mental Health Standards, and Medicaid regulations.3. Recruit, train and supervise staff4. Schedule coverage and fill in for absent staff, when necessary5. Be available for after-hours crisis management as needed6. Perform rounds on all shifts a minimum of one time monthly or more as needed7. Serve as a liaison for clients in obtaining services, including transporting clients as needed8. Assist in establishing policies, procedures, activity schedules, and other information as required and necessary for the operation of the program9. Work closely with Communicare to maintain billing records, fees and client financial records10. Attend meetings, staffings, and other activities as needed11. Work under the supervision of the Director of IDD Services12. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Qualifications:1. Minimum of bachelor's degree in mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities or a related field2. Must be CPI certified or able to complete CPI training and any other training required by Communicare and the Department of Mental Health3. Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job as listed above4. Ability to relate positively to individuals who are served through the Supervised Living program and their families5. Must have transportation or access to transportation and be able to provide automobile insurance and an insurable driving record must be maintained continuously throughout employment6.
