Join Bellingham Technical College and help students build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the HVAC-R field! As an I-BEST Transitional Studies faculty member, you'll team teach alongside professional-technical faculty while providing hands-on academic support, mentorship, and connections to resources that help students overcome barriers and achieve their goals. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across programs and make a meaningful impact on student success, retention, and career readiness. Salary: For fall quarter (September 22-December 11) this assignment provides a 121-hour contract at a $72.89 hourly rate. This position is grant-funded and has the possibility of continuing through the academic year. HVAC-R classes are scheduled Monday-Thursday. While I-BEST assignments are flexible, work hours will generally occur during these days and around morning class hours, with some afternoons being needed.
