Overview

The Marketing & Business Development Specialist at TPI Global Solutions will play a crucial role in driving awareness, demand, and customer acquisition for the Porsche Track Experience (PTX). This hybrid position requires a blend of marketing strategy execution and business development to enhance customer engagement and expand the program's reach across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan across paid media, social, CRM, and PR.
  • Own the customer acquisition funnel from awareness through booking.
  • Lead the development of program collateral, video assets, and digital advertising.
  • Manage PTX's organic social presence and engage with the Porsche community.
  • Partner with the CRM team to build and execute customer journeys.
  • Identify editorial opportunities with automotive and lifestyle media.
  • Identify and pursue B2B and group booking opportunities.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign ROI.
  • Support marketing presence at PTX programs and national events.
  • Process invoices and manage marketing budgets.
  • Create and track RFAs and contracts through internal processes.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or business development roles
  • Successful track record in customer acquisition and conversion
  • Experience managing paid media, social media, and email/CRM
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
  • Strong written and visual storytelling abilities
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Financial literacy and experience with budgets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
