Job Description

Overview

Raytheon is seeking a Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Senior Systems Integrator for their Tucson facility, where the team focuses on designing and integrating advanced testing environments for missile systems. The role involves working closely with weapon system designers to support software development and testing processes for military applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with various trades on developmental programs within Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) organization
  • Perform system integration activities and troubleshooting within HWIL facilities
  • Participate in HWIL engineering teams for test system design, assembly, and integration activities
  • Operate HWIL test environments throughout various program development phases

Required skills

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in hardware, software, and/or firmware integration
  • Ability to read schematic diagrams
  • Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators
  • Knowledge of RF theory and systems
  • Proficiency with both Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with programming languages like Java, C, C++, Python, Perl, and MATLAB
  • Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills
