Overview

ABM Industries is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment. This position requires on-call availability and involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, performing emergency repairs, and providing technical training to others.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust HVAC controls and systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Keep daily logs and records of maintenance functions.
  • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and safety regulations.
  • Assist with customer inquiries.
