Overview

Williams Comfort Air is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role offers a chance to advance in your HVAC career within a rapidly growing Midwest company that values employee development and professional respect.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs
  • Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
  • Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation
  • Properly close out jobs immediately after completion
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
  • Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to manage work orders and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic HVAC tools
  • EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II), Universal preferred
  • NATE Certifications (Core + specialties) preferred
  • Experience using ServiceTitan preferred
