Champion Comfort Experts is seeking a motivated HVAC Selling Technician in Flat Rock, North Carolina. This role involves closing sales deals while providing customers with new comfort systems and ensuring their needs are met. Key responsibilities

  • Educate customers on new comfort systems
  • Execute effective sales presentations
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
  • Assist customers in achieving healthy and comfortable environments
  • Obtain customer approval for all jobs
  • Complete proposals and price jobs according to company standards
  • Actively pursue referrals from satisfied customers
  • Follow up on site visits for quality assurance
  • Ensure profitability by accurately proposing jobs
  • Communicate job details effectively with support staff and Installers
  • Prospect for new customers and increase customer base
  • Attend regular sales and training meetings

Required skills

  • 3 years of sales experience
  • 3 years of HVAC experience preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

  • Physical dexterity
