Overview

Fath Properties is looking for an HVAC-Maintenance Technician to join their team at the Trails of Saddlebrook property in Florence, Kentucky. Candidates should have a strong background in residential maintenance, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, as well as general carpentry and appliance repair skills. A signing bonus of $1,000 is being offered upon hiring.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform occupied residential repairs
  • Diagnose basic problems, including appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues
  • Handle cabinet removal and replacement
  • Conduct appliance removal and replacement
  • Manage tub and tile removal and replacement
  • Carry out plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Install vinyl flooring and replace lighting
  • Execute hardware replacement, painting, and drywall repairs as needed
  • Perform on-call duties after training
  • Report directly to the Community Manager

Required skills

  • HVAC certification and experience
  • Plumbing and electrical experience
  • Minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, or technical/trade school education
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and climb ladders
  • Proficiency in operating power equipment such as saws and drills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
