Overview

Fath Properties is looking for a skilled HVAC-Maintenance Technician for their property, Trails of Saddlebrook, in Florence, KY. The role involves performing residential repairs and requires HVAC certification along with various maintenance skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform occupied residential repairs
  • Diagnose basic problems at the property including appliance repairs
  • Conduct plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Handle cabinet, tub, and tile removal and replacement
  • Install vinyl flooring and replace lighting and hardware
  • Perform painting and drywall repairs as needed
  • Participate in on-call duties once trained
  • Report directly to the Community Manager

Required skills

  • HVAC certification and experience
  • Plumbing experience
  • Electrical repairs experience
  • At least 2 years of residential maintenance experience
  • Skills in carpentry and appliance repair
  • Ability to operate power equipment like saws and drills
  • Leadership skills
