Overview

Liberty Air & Heat is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential system installations and train junior installers. This full-time role is focused on delivering quality installations while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and complete residential HVAC system installations
  • Train and mentor junior installers
  • Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and up to code
  • Communicate with customers to ensure a great experience
  • Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism
  • Coordinate with dispatch and management on job progress

Required skills

  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential)
  • Proven ability to lead install jobs from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/outdoor conditions
  • EPA Certification (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
