Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer in Pompano Beach, Florida, to join their team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves HVAC equipment installation, mentorship for entry-level technicians, and adherence to safety and code compliance. Candidates will be part of a growing company recognized for its commitment to excellence since 1975.

Key responsibilities

  • Install/replace HVAC equipment including ductwork and various unit types
  • Maintain company vehicle and ensure it is stocked with necessary tools and safety equipment
  • Communicate with homeowners to understand concerns and promote potential sales
  • Design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency
  • Generate customer invoices and electronically process payments
  • Participate in company training on customer service and industry technologies
  • Mentor and coach apprentices and entry-level installers

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC with knowledge of refrigeration and diagnosis
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic hand tools usage and experience with testing equipment
  • Service Titan experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in tight spaces
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
