Overview

Thomas & Galbraith is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer for their new location in Dayton, Ohio. This role involves maintaining effective communication with internal teams while delivering exemplary HVAC installation services. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding client expectations, all while managing project efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain communication with internal teams
  • Keep company truck clean inside and out
  • Clearly communicate job details with HVAC Install Manager and supervisors
  • Adapt project work as necessary due to interruptions or scope changes
  • Ensure HVAC Install Apprentice follows installation procedures
  • Report labor hours accurately
  • Complete replacement closeout process with 100% accuracy
  • Properly complete required paperwork
  • Pursue development opportunities through continued training and coaching

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC field installation experience
  • Ability to lift loads up to 75 pounds
  • Experience in tight spaces, attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
  • Service Titan experience preferred
