Overview

Join Buckeye Heating & Cooling, one of the largest HVAC and plumbing companies in the Midwest, as an HVAC Lead Installer. This role involves ensuring projects run smoothly and exceed client expectations while leveraging team strengths and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain communication with internal teams
  • Keep the company truck clean
  • Communicate effectively with the HVAC Install Manager and supervisors
  • Adapt project work as necessary due to interruptions or changes
  • Follow installation procedures and ensure apprentices do the same
  • Accurately report labor hours and maintain Just-In-Time practices
  • Complete replacement closeout process with 100% accuracy
  • Properly complete required paperwork
  • Seek out development opportunities through training and coaching

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC field installation experience
  • Ability to lift loads up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management and leadership skills
  • Safety compliance and troubleshooting abilities
  • Physical stamina
