Mountain Air is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installer to lead installation projects and mentor junior team members. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
Key responsibilities
Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
Read and interpret blueprints and installation plans
Ensure installations meet company standards and local codes
Train and coach install apprentices and junior technicians
Communicate with homeowners to explain system operations
Maintain accurate job documentation
Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized
Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions
Required skills
3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Proven leadership experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
EPA Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
