John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves the installation of HVAC units while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and maintaining high quality standards. Candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities and work effectively within a team.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all paperwork accurately and timely
  • Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings
  • Guide HVAC Installer Helpers in installation skills and training
  • Install HVAC equipment in customers' homes with minimal supervision
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, and installation teams
  • Keep truck clean and inventory up to date
  • Participate in professional development training

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Air Conditioning Installation
  • Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
  • CFC Certification - Type I and II
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass random drug tests
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Self-motivated team player
