John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Installer to join their team in Delray Beach, Florida. This role involves the installation of HVAC units, following company specifications and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality work.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly
  • Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings
  • Provide guidance to HVAC Installer Helpers
  • Install HVAC equipment in customers' homes
  • Participate in professional training and development
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams
  • Keep company truck clean and inventory up to date
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation
  • Proficiency in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Ability to lead an installation team
  • Self-motivated with emphasis on quality workmanship
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass random drug tests
