John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to join their team in Delray Beach, Florida. This full-time role involves the meticulous installation of HVAC units while adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
  • Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings
  • Guide and train HVAC Installer Helpers
  • Install HVAC equipment with minimal supervision
  • Participate in training for professional development
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and team members
  • Keep the company truck clean and manage inventory

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation
  • Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
