John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Delray Beach, Florida. The role involves the installation of HVAC units while ensuring compliance with company specifications and safety guidelines, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and guiding a team of installer helpers.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely
  • Design, fabricate, and install ductwork as needed
  • Guide HVAC Installer Helpers in skills and training
  • Install HVAC equipment under minimal supervision
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and management
  • Keep company truck clean and inventory up to date
  • Maintain a professional appearance

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience
  • Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
  • Ability to lead an installation team
  • Self-motivated team player with emphasis on quality
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Clean criminal background
  • Ability to pass random drug tests
