Overview

John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Palm Beach, Florida. The role involves the installation of HVAC systems while adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The installer will also guide HVAC Installer Helpers and maintain communication within the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
  • Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings
  • Provide guidance and training to HVAC Installer Helpers
  • Install HVAC equipment independently in customers' homes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and installation teams
  • Keep the company truck clean and maintain inventory
  • Ensure a neat and professional appearance

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC Installation
  • Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Ability to lead an installation team
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Self-motivated team player with attention to detail
