Overview

John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Saint Petersburg, Florida. This role requires installation of HVAC units following company specifications and safety guidelines, ensuring high-quality workmanship and effective teamwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all paperwork accurately and timely
  • Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and fittings
  • Train and provide guidance to HVAC Installer Helpers
  • Install HVAC equipment in customers' homes with minimal supervision
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, and installation teams
  • Ensure proper certifications are obtained
  • Keep company truck clean and inventory up to date
  • Maintain a professional appearance

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Air Conditioning Installation
  • Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
  • Self-motivated team player
  • CFC Certification - Type I and II
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass random drug tests
