Parker & Sons is seeking an HVAC Lead Install Technician to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves installing and replacing HVAC equipment while providing excellent customer service and following safety protocols. Key responsibilities

  • Install and replace HVAC equipment including ductwork and various types of units
  • Maintain good working order of company vehicle and stock necessary supplies
  • Travel to job sites and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
  • Design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency
  • Engage with homeowners to provide product education and address concerns
  • Generate customer invoices and process payments
  • Participate in training opportunities and mentor apprentices

Required skills

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
  • Knowledge in refrigeration function and theory
  • Type II EPA Certification
  • Basic hand tools and testing equipment usage
  • Experience with Service Titan preferred
  • Ability to diagnose HVAC components and systems
