Overview

Parker & Sons is seeking an HVAC Lead Install Technician to join their dedicated team in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves installing and replacing HVAC equipment while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to industry codes.

Key responsibilities

  • Install and replace HVAC equipment, including ductwork and rooftop package units.
  • Maintain company vehicle and proper stock of tools and safety equipment.
  • Travel to job sites and communicate delays to customers.
  • Design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency.
  • Engage with homeowners regarding their AC systems for potential sales.
  • Generate customer invoices and process payments on-site.
  • Participate in training on customer service and industry technologies.
  • Mentor apprentices and entry-level installers.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration function and theory.
  • Ability to diagnose and replace HVAC components.
  • Type II EPA Certification.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and testing equipment.
  • Experience with Service Titan preferred.
  • Pass background check and drug screen.
