Overview

Parker & Sons is looking for HVAC Lead Install Technicians to join their team in Tucson, Arizona. The role focuses on installing and replacing HVAC equipment while providing excellent customer service and adhering to local and national codes.

Key responsibilities

  • Install and replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, rooftop units, and various heating and cooling systems
  • Maintain company vehicle and ensure proper stock of tools and safety equipment
  • Engage with homeowners to address concerns and promote accessory sales
  • Understand pricing programs and process customer invoices
  • Coach and mentor entry-level installers
  • Participate in training for customer service and industry technologies

Required skills

  • 3+ years of HVAC experience
  • Knowledge in refrigeration function and theory
  • Type II EPA Certification
  • Experience with refrigerant gauges and testing equipment
  • Experience with Service Titan preferred
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
