Overview

Parker & Sons is seeking experienced HVAC Lead Install Technicians to join their dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. The company prides itself on providing a family-like atmosphere while delivering top-notch customer service in HVAC installation and maintenance. Technicians will be responsible for educating customers, removing and replacing HVAC systems, and ensuring compliance with local and national codes.

Key responsibilities

  • Install and replace HVAC equipment including ductwork and rooftop units
  • Maintain the good working order of company vehicle and tools
  • Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch
  • Design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency
  • Engage with homeowners to identify concerns and opportunities for accessory sales
  • Process customer invoices and electronic payments
  • Participate in training on customer service and industry technologies
  • Coach and mentor apprentices and entry-level installers

Required skills

  • 3+ years of HVAC experience
  • Knowledge in refrigeration function and theory
  • Type II EPA Certification
  • Basic hand tools and testing equipment proficiency
  • Experience with Service Titan preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
  • Safety compliance and equipment maintenance
