Overview

Parker & Sons is seeking an HVAC Lead Install Technician to join their dedicated team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves installing and replacing HVAC equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with industry codes.

Key responsibilities

  • Install and replace HVAC equipment including ductwork and rooftop package units
  • Maintain good working order of company vehicle and equipment
  • Travel to job sites and work with dispatch to maintain schedules
  • Design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency
  • Engage with homeowners to identify concerns and promote potential sales
  • Understand company pricing and generate invoices
  • Participate in training opportunities on customer service and industry technologies
  • Coach and mentor apprentices and entry-level installers

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC
  • Knowledge of refrigeration function and theory
  • Ability to diagnose and perform HVAC component replacements
  • EPA Type II Certification
  • Experience with basic hand tools and testing equipment
  • Familiarity with Service Titan preferred
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
