Overview

Zona Mechanical LLC is seeking an HVAC Installer to join their construction team in Tucson, Arizona. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in commercial installations, and be able to work both independently and as part of a tight-knit crew dedicated to quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Duct sealing and installation of air barriers
  • Repair existing insulation and install new insulation
  • Test and balance HVAC systems
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Prioritize safety and attend necessary training classes
  • Represent company standards in punctuality and appearance
  • Manage local travel to job sites

Required skills

  • 4+ years of professional HVAC experience
  • Experience with basic hand and power tools
  • Comfortable in confined spaces and heat tolerant
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer literate, including MS Office/Google Suite
