Overview

TDG Facilities is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Service Technician for its Cincinnati, Ohio location. This full-time role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems while ensuring high standards of service and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Assist with commercial HVAC unit installations
  • Keep accurate records of service visits and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain truck stock and inventory
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Utilize mobile technology for real-time reporting
  • Participate in client meetings when required
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Required skills

  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience with commercial HVAC equipment such as RTUs and boilers
  • Ability to self-manage and perform tasks to the highest standard
