Overview

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Service Technician for a full-time role in the Cincinnati, OH area. This position focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems while ensuring top-notch client service and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Assist with commercial HVAC unit installations
  • Safely utilize equipment following appropriate protocols and procedures
  • Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and equipment installations
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Utilize mobile technology for efficient communication and real-time reporting
  • Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems

Required skills

  • 2 years of HVAC experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Highly organized and able to self-manage
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience with commercial HVAC equipment (RTUs, AHUs, MHUs a plus)
